MAIN-TOOL – Maintenance and Technical Management

The Goals
In order to effectively plan and employ human resources, plant and material, as well as to identify and capitalise on potential cost reductions, a business needs a powerful Maintenance Management System (MMS). In almost every enterprise there are critical assets that immediately affect performance and productivity.
Almost every company has critical plant and equipment which directly affects performance and, hence, profitability.
Modern, transparent cost control, maintaining quality requirements, rigid adherence to legal requirements with regard to environmental and safety issues, increased availability of technical equipment, appropriate communication and distribution of information, convergence and extensive integration of parallel systems, particularly of office products – these are our goals, set in agreement with you, and pursued together with your organisation.

The Solution for…
An ALM system (Asset Life-Cycle Management) to manage a company’s plant and maintenance
resources over the whole lifecycle and beyond. Remote diagnostics and condition-based
maintenance are both supported.
An EAM system (Enterprise Asset Management) to manage the company’s maintenance processes,
ensuring plant availability and reduced down time.
An SDM system (Shut Down Management) for major overhauls in the process industry such as in
petrochemical and cement sectors. This also applies to the power generation sector where block
standstill is necessary to perform extensive repair and maintenance tasks.
Total Productive Maintenance, TPM. Whereby in this organisational model all employees working
on the plant and equipment are supported by the system, not just those involved in maintenance
activities.
